Starring Bela Lugosi. Dr Carruthers, a small town cosmetic chemist designs a way to get back to his fellow employers, after they become rich due to a product in which he devised. He designs a perfume and gives it to his employers to try out, but Carruthers has also been working on another project, which consists of enlarging bats and training them to hunt down this particular smell. The murders of his employers hit the press and a hot shot journalist is assigned to the case, in order to help solve the crime. Will they succeed or will the ‘devil bats’ stop them?
